[tlug] Japanese input problem solved!

Well, it seems that the latest build of glibc from the -current tree has
broken Japanese support.  Grrrrrrrrr.  I installed the version of glibc
that was shipped on my CDs and input started working again.  Leave it to
gool ole' current to screw something up.

Oh well..
