[tlug] iptable blocking IP addresses

Hi All

I`ve installed IPCOP as you saw in my previous email

Now when I look at my logs
I see that 
inetnum:      61.140.0.0 - 61.143.255.255
netname:      CHINANET-GD

is trying to access ports etc

IPCOP uses iptables and I can`t see in the docs
on howto to stop scanning etc

Anyone recommend a way to stop these scans etc ?
