Yes, all of the developers at my company run Linux. On my first day, I
was told to install my distro of choice on my workstation. "Of course,"
said my boss, "you could run Windows, but I don't know why you would
want to."

Of course, I think that Windows-free software departments are much more
common than say, accountants or what have you.
