OK, those were the much older days :-) I've never seen a PDP, but I've worked with IBM gear back as far as a 3033. They had just gotten rid of a 370/155 (or 158, I forget) not too long before I got into mainframes. Although, I have worked with a Dec System 10 (at another shop), running the TOPS10 OS. This was in 1989, and that thing was *ancient*. I don't know if they could get parts for it or not, and it was kept around for the sake of some legacy app that they either couldn't or wouldn't port. Other systems in the same computer room were a MicroVAX II, VAX 8650, and IBM 3081.
