I`ll never never never use NTT B-Flets
This is on the ADSL side .
When you`ve problems i.e. slow speed , they send
a guy who hasn`t clue , then next day another one
but still service doesn`t improve
What NTT ME recommend is dump ADSL & move to Hikari


I want to change to Hikari but due to the above , I`ll
wait till USEN starts supporting my Area(Kanagawa)
