It's also extremely interesting when people do discuss the case and 
someone says "hey, I was on the committee to which  a representative from 
AT&T turn that (particular) source (which SCO asserts is thiers) over to 
the community.  I can tell you who would have kept a paper trail on 
that."... and then the Grolaw lady looks into it and it could very well 
help and very well may have helped.

Sorry if such postings are off topic here.  But as an opensource 
programmer,  I feel as though I have a stake.

It's wonderfully sensible that Germany doesn't allow the game to be played 
out in the press, isn't it.  Wish that were the case everywhere.
