[tlug] sylpheed-gtk2

I have contacted Takuro Ashie a while ago and suggested that he should
make the sylpheed-gtk2 development public.
Yesterday he imported the source into CVS at sourceforge:

I will be helping him out with development. In case any of you are
interested in hacking on sylpheed-gtk2, you are welcome to join the
effort.
