To true, sorry for jumping the gun.  It looks more like a WMP vs MPEG4
rather then Windows CE vs Linux.  Microsoft might be right on the mark
with this one.  If there is lots of messing around with MPEG4 licensing
then a WMP might look like a good alternative to vendors.
