[tlug] Failed to create XIM input context!

Hello,

I get a Failed to create XIM input context when using Opera and trying
to restart it after it crashes (yes 7.11 beta ).

Any suggestions for how to restart it without going through a hardboot. 
Shutting down x freezes everything completely.

Restarting it without Japanese support works fine.

I'm using XMODIFIERS="@example.com=kinput2" LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8 LANG=ja_JP.eucJP
LC_ALL=ja_JP.eucJP ${1+"$@"} &
