I know a couple of places depending on the machine, they are of course in
the UK though (based in Telehouse Docklands).

1) Spodcolo: http://www.jump.net.uk/index.html
40ukp/pcm inc 1U, 40GB/pcm, ssh to console ... (listen on the page)

2) Bogons: http://www.bogons.net/
    50 ukp/pcm inc 1U, ssh to console, 10GB/pcm
host much be a Sun or alike, that means not and extra long
x86 box, that burst out the back of the rack.

both are connected directly to LINX and LoNAP. The bogons prices and
bandwidth allocation may be changing based on local/internationsal usage.
I have my machine with Bogons and have not had a problem.

Tim.
