Quick note folks, try not to top post, as it's considered poor
netiquette.  (No doubt, having written that, I'll wind up top posting
shortly, but...)

Anyway, Eric (Flores) judging from your email, it looks like you bought
a boxed set--don't they offer support for 60 days or something?  You
might try that avenue--from what I've heard, their support is very good,
at least in the US.
