You know, I may get flamed for this, but Redhat 7.3 has been very kind to my wife.  We both use the same box - her in Japanese, me in English - and we've had no problems.  I had to tweak a few things for her, but that was more due to my own ignorance than anything else.
I'm curious how Redhat 8.0 is?
