The second export is redundant, you already set LC_ALL which overrides
all others and ja_JP.eucJP is equivalent to ja_JP .
Usually you don't want to set LC_ALL IMHO, setting LANG and if needed
LC_CTYPE or LC_MESSAGES is enough in 99.9% of the cases I use.
e.g. "LANG=ja_JP LC_MESSAGES=en_US" or "LANG=en_US LC_CTYPE=ja_JP".
