Basically, the ggpl disallows use and redistribution of the software for
uses that does not support environmental sustainability and/or has a
negative impact on human rights.

So if you want to use it, you need to do an impact study of your
activities. Does web browsing negatively impact the environment?
Probably online shopping is a no-no, because you'll have delivery trucks
burning fossil fuel. I probably shouldn't plan a trip to Myanmar or
China.

And they say this is consistent with GPL?
