Questions:

1) Is this problem symmetrical?  That is, is the transfer slow from subnet
A to subnet B and also from subnet B to subnet A, or is it slow in one
direction but not the other?

2) Is transfer between machines fast on both subnets or is it slow even
between machines on one of them?

3) If the problem is assymetrical, is the one that is slow the same one
that is slow from the Internet cafe?

4) Are there multiple machines on each subnet, or just one each?  If
multiple, does the problem affect them all?
