I'm running Red Hat 7.2 and have been trying to install the latest version of
LICQ (1.2.0a) but am missing the following dependancies.
<m -U --replacepkgs /home/Lesley/licq-1.2.0a-2.i386.rpm;echo RESULT=$?
error: failed dependencies:
libcups.so.2 is needed by licq-1.2.0a-2
libDCOP-gcc2.96.so.4 is needed by licq-1.2.0a-2
libkdecore-gcc2.96.so.4 is needed by licq-1.2.0a-2
libkdefx-gcc2.96.so.4 is needed by licq-1.2.0a-2
libkdesu-gcc2.96.so.4 is needed by licq-1.2.0a-2
libkdeui-gcc2.96.so.4 is needed by licq-1.2.0a-2
libkio-gcc2.96.so.4 is needed by licq-1.2.0a-2
libqt-mt.so.3 is needed by licq-1.2.0a-2
licq-gnome conflicts with licq-1.2.0a-2
licq-kde conflicts with licq-1.2.0a-2
licq = 1.0.3 is needed by licq-gnome-1.0.3-7
licq = 1.0.3 is needed by licq-kde-1.0.3-7
RESULT=1
I've verified the installed version of LICQ using the Gnome RPM and got the
following error.
Package licq-kde-1.0.3-7 File /usr/lib/licq_kde-gui.so Problem md5
What does this problem md5 mean and how do I find out about it / fix it??
thanks in advance
