Has anyone gotten a Canon BJ S700 working on Linux? 
Even in raw mode?

It's been out for a year.  It looks like a Japan-only
model.  It's not in the printer hardware compatability
database.  I found some Linux drivers on Canon's Japan
web site, but not for this model.
