is there anything left that can't possibly be done without the commandline?
writing scripts does not count as getting around the commandline.
neither does invoking commands from your editor.

which things can not be done without a GUI?
(apart from viewing graphics)

more obscure:
which things can not be done without a keyboard?
(apart from entering textual information)

and:
which things can not be done without a mouse/pen/joystick?

for the commandline i can only think of:
logging into a remote machine.

gui:
no clue, i only use it to view images...

keyboard:
probably lots of things, but i can't think of anything.

mouse:
freehand drawing

your suggestions?

greetings, martin.
