Unfortunately I have a new Compaq server to install Linux and some other
apps on. It is a very nice, high-spec machine, but I say unfortunately
only because of 'SmartSuite for Servers'.
I created a logical drive on the RAID array, booted from a RH Network
Install floppy and successfully installed RedHat on it, but cant find a
way to boot into this drive.
Instead, SmartSuite starts up and firstly complains about not finding a
mouse attached (on a server, yeah right) and then continues into a
Japanese Windows GUI interface which I find totally useless.
Is there a way to get rid of SS completely or at least boot into the
logical RAID drive? Yes I have checked the boot order from the ROM Setup
Utility and am pretty sure theyre set correctly.
