Do you mean by bashing alot configuration options, we can obtain a
smaller kernel?
I have tried to do that but in most case, I got bigger kernel. I dont
know why but when i use redhat or mandrake's default kernel config file,
i get quite small kernel but if i do a "make *config" myself, the kernel
become bigger and can not put on a FDD.
#FYI, with the same kernel config file and 2.5.12, 2.5.13, bzImage is
1.1MB!!!
