Ah.

To the best of my knowledge, PCMCIA<->USB interfaces do not exist.  USB expects
32-bit access and sane DMA, whereas PCMCIA at best mimics a cut-down ISA bus. 
ISA<->USB interfaces do not exist, therefore ...
