[tlug] Rack Server Suggestions

Anyone have suggestions for a good rack server?
I'm looking for the "flat" kind. :-)
("U-1" is it?)

I've been eyeing the Sun Cobalt RaQ 4, but I've heard both good and bad
about them.
The server will be used as an all-purpose machine:
web/mail/dns/mysql/php/etc

I'm going to be going to Akihabara tomorrow to look around.
In addition to specific models to look for, are there any particular shops
that I should be aware of?
