Ah, that should be easy; just open your terminal and set your locale to
ja_JP at the prompt.

.... What's that? ....WHAT!!! You are not equipped with a CLI?!!? Pity,
I thought ALL self respecting TLUGers are well aware of the superiority
of CLI over a clunky BPI (Biological Practice Interface) by now.
