All, Sometime this morning, the ISC dropped off the face of the earth. This is bad because they host mail-abuse.org's blacklist DNS servers. If your MTA is using any of the mail-abuse.org blacklists, your MTA is sending lookup requests into a black hole ... and thereby failing to receive mail, as the sending MTA will most likely timeout before the initial handshake happens.
