Some new tips:

1,YahooBB seems to offer ADSL/8MB at very reasonable cost (990yen for 
connecion + blah blah).

(weirdly this site is in Japanese only again.  the first option in the site 
is for E to J, so click the second radio button.)


2,Also, there is mobile phone connection at fixed price: AirH". I am not 
sure if someone has successfully hacked it for Linux but I guess so, since 
H" services have been around for a while with some Linux support.

I cannot make to the next TLUG tech meeting because I will be in London. By 
the way, I got tower case from Mr. Viktor Pavlenko for free and, as agreed 
with him, I would donate 500yen to TLUG.  :)
