According to Adrian Havill, what Red Hat does is to disable all input servers with the exception that they are automatically provided if you select a Japanese environment. There's no reason you can't mix and match (eg, Canna for Japanese, Wnn for traditional and simplified Chinese and Korean). Also there are several other servers available: cxterm for simplified and traditional Chinese (but this only works in cxterm), xcin for Chinese (dunno if it does both) and there are a couple for Hangul. -- University of Tsukuba Tennodai 1-1-1 Tsukuba 305-8573 JAPAN Institute of Policy and Planning Sciences Tel/fax: +81 (298) 53-5091 _________________ _________________ _________________ _________________ What are those straight lines for?
