I'm given the option to choose intellimouse during install--however, as I'm
using a KVM, this has caused problems in the past (though haven't tried with
2.4 kernel.)

My other trouble (again, this is probably RH7.1J specific) is that if I
allow gpm on startup then startup of cannaserver fails.

Some days you can't win.  :)
