Problem - Server stops

Hi 

I got problem on my server (dns, httpd, postfix, samba etc.) that running
Mandrake7.2. + PentiumII 450MHz + 256MB Memory. That server works pretty
fine since April, but today it stops 3 times. First time, there was a
server log as below. On second and third time, there was no warning sign,
server restarts suddenly with simple beep. I turned power off and on, It
boots up and works correctly.

Is this a sign of CPU, Memory hardware problem?  Overheat or something?
