Thanks Jonathan. Ill give it another try although it doesnt look like I can do much more. Hylafax simply said that the modem wasnt supported. Right now its running on WinFax Pro (ugh) and Win2k (another ugh) and giving lots and lots of problems. Paid software is good. Yeah right.
