7.1 has three CDs:

1) English
2) Japanese
3) Common disk 2

There doesn't seem to be a separate E/J per se, and you can do an
English install off the J CD.

I already have it installed on one of my machines.  No big changes
from Wolverine, for those who were running that.  If anybody else
has installed it, do let me know if you can read Japanese in
mutt with it (see problem described in my previous posts yesterday
on that).
