Oh, I can get as far as "something like".  The problem is that the
office will puke the poor kid's thesis right back at him if the
wording is not exactly right.  (This one isn't bad, since I can just
tell the committee to get the words from the official form.)

I'll have to try that.  I've never been able to get a Japanese to tell
me anything about how to parse strings of seven or eight meishi
concatenated with no joshi or doushi to be seen within meters, and
bureaucrats seem to love them.
