For those who don't have the time to spend exploring akihabara, www.memoryx.net has comparable prices on sparc 20 memory and they ship to japan. http://www.memoryx.net/sparc20.html has 64MB for USD 103.00 and they also have the VSIMM modules which allow use of the internal framebuffer. -- Tod McQuillin
