Answering to myself:
Before the doing the reinvention it is usefull to look sometimes.
"DESCRIPTION
update-rc.d automatically updates the System V style init
script links /etc/rcrunlevel.d/NNname to scripts
/etc/init.d/name.
...."
That should do it.
