Why pick on MP3.com?  I'm sure that the Hollywood studios that stood waiting
to nail them for contributory copyright infringement have a few Linux servers
of their own ticking away in the back room.

More to the point, surely the free software community does not generally
expect its members to prove their ideological credentials by going bankrupt
on the way to jail.  The community works because it is tied together more by
common interest than by ideology.  In my view, anyway.
