Large pond indeed. However this may prove an interesting point. Many entities that are running Linux are highly idealistic regarding the freedom of code/information. One could derive that because of Linuxs superior performance and unquestionable stability that is has attracted more profit minded individuals. Which are not so idealistic, and not as willing to take a stand for Linux. Granted mp3.com was merely hosting the song, and not intentionally looking for a fight like copyleft.net, but they still backed down.
