tlug: Question: LinuxPPC SCSI support

Dear Linux Gurus,
    I have been using LinuxPPC on my white G3 Macintosh for nearly ten
months, and I am planning to expand the disk by adding a SCSI card
supporting Ultra SCSI.
    Does anybody know what kind of SCSI devices the current LinuxPPC
system supports? Or, if anyone could point to a document about such
hardware compatibility issues of LinuxPPC, I would appreciate it.
