Well, anyway it won't work :-(((! Let me show you, guys, how my files are:
    /etc/resolv.conf
        search rct.net
        nameserver 127.0.0.1
        nameserver 200.224.74.34
    /etc/hosts
        192.168.1.1     rapido  rapido.rct.net
        192.168.1.2     lento   lento.rct.net
        127.0.0.1       localhost       localhost.localdomain
        200.224.74.34   ifnet   ifnet.com.br
    /var/log/messages
         8 15:33:59 rapido in.telnetd[317]: warning: can't get client
address:                  Connection timed out
         8 15:34:17 rapido in.ftpd[331]: warning: can't get client address:
Connection timed out
