I don't know if this has been added to Linux yet, not by default.
With a RAID setup you could get that.  But in generall mount points are
directories, so if you needed to have a /crap that would contain more
space than any one physical disk, you would probably wind up with:
/crap/1 /crap/2 
or depending on how crap worked:
/crap/src /crap/lib /crap/scratch
