Darwin never does so. This is and transition step to ensure
the staffs having a habit of using OOo.

You you may know, OOo can open both ODF and M$ file formats
but M$ Office, by default, only can open its own format.

By forcing using ODF internally, we can have all the current
and future files in open formats.

For existing files: We don't force conversing to ODF but it is recommended.

Our main dependencies on M$ are: The OS and the Office suite.
I don't think that replacing both of them is a good idea, and that if
the (average) users do not depend on M$ Office, they won't need
the OS anymore.
