All except the Dell Mini9, AFAIK. For that reason alone I bought a set 
of dells running ubuntu for my school.
The Wind I bought had to have jp windows, even though they could change 
the kb.
If you find netbooks on sale without windows, I am very interested in 
hearing about it.
