Assuming you mean Arialuni.ttf, you can use it to display documents in
Microsoft Office.

I suspect that such an insanely restrictive EULA might not hold up in
court with respect to the computer on which a properly licensed copy
of Office is installed, but I wouldn't risk it on a Linux-only box.

You "can" if you have a copy, but you will be subject to prosecution
if Microsoft decides to do so, and you'll almost surely lose.

Note that although there are technical details about copyright and
font glyphs in U.S. law, arialuni.ttf is fully protected in many
jurisdictions which do allow copyrighting glyphs, and the technical
details won't apply in your case because the full collection of glyphs
along with the necessary indicies to work as a font is copyrightable.
Think of it as similar to the dictionary: you can use the words
without any fear of copyright infringement, except if you publish them
in the same order and with the same additional information as an
existing dictionary.
