No you didn't.  I assumed you knew about the cafe already.
LinuxCafe is a net cafe located in Akihabara.  You can use Linux running PCs there and surf the net.  Have a look at http://www.linux-cafe.jp

The seminar is free.  It is by no means an official seminar by LinuxCafe.
