I can't guess if any of the following will work, but one might:
/dev/dos_hda
/dev/dos_hdb
/dev/dos_hdc
/dev/dos_hdd

As for partitions, if /dev/dos_hda is accessible then partitions are
supposed to be /dev/dos_hda1, /dev/dos_hda2, etc.  But on the PC98
architecture, I don't know if the BIOS would present them as partitions or
as separate disks.  I can't guess if the partitions might appear as
/dev/dos_hda1 and /dev/dos_hdb1.

But odds are that the names are something even more obscure.
