Hi it is yong-ming again.
about sendmail.cf, I solved the problem somehow. sendmail is accepting
connections.

for some use, i explain my prob here.
I activated smpt in inetd.conf
originally it was
# stmp
but I figured I should uncomment this.
but wrong. I commented out this again.
and did killall -HUP inetd
voila, sendmail starts moving anyway.
