Please provide bibliographical data for such references (if you
haven't really used it, that's OK, a description like that you give
above is plenty to indicate that you're not in a position to give a

It's quite comprehensive. And it was the only comprehensive text on
counters I've been able to find. I first saw it on White Rabbit's site
a couple of years ago but they don't seem to carry it now. It is on
Amazon.co.jp. I'm just embarrassed that after working this long and
hard to learn Japanese I can't make more use of it.
