Not actually a dictionary, but the Sharp Zaurus's handwriting recognition is still the best by quite a large margin (in very brief tests of other handhelds, though), and besides being able to enter kanji very quickly in most cases, you'll learn the correct stroke order. Few gaijin do, even those who can read quite well. It impresses the natives.
