Well, actually, you should do 9 to 11 with _no_ AM/PM attached.  10AM
JST is pretty good for West Coast US people (at least my sister).
Academic types and some others may be free at that time (I'm usually
doing email anyway).  And 10PM JST _I'm_ usually dripping wet, but
that's the obvious time for normal people.
