tlug: Posting Japanese text to the web bulletin (was Re: Japanese emails and jlatex under RedHut 6.1)

Hello, everyone!
Thank you very much for your useful information.
For me, the easiest way to use Japanese emails is vm using Mule under
GNU emacs 20.3 or 20.4. Now, I can comfortably use Japanese emails!
As for Japanese latex, I would like to use omega since it is included in
teTeX-1.0 distribution, but it seems tricky to use it actually.
I would appreciate it if you could point me user's manual that explains
how to use omega to produce Japanese reports/papers.

Now, I have one more question. My friends orgaize some bulletin board
on their web pages. I would like to post my comments in Japanese through
netscape to these bulletin board.
If I use Mule/GNU emacs to create a text file in Japanese, how can I post
this to such a bulletin board. So far, I tried the following two ways, but
both failed.
1) Cut and paste from the GNU emacs window (displayed in Japanese).
2) Cat the file contents to the xterm, then cut and paste to the bulletin.

1) didn't post anything and 2) posted ASCII characters but not Japanese.

Best regards and thanks in advance,
Naoki Saito
