"Graphic register (Right)."

Often call the "upper half" when referring to ISO-8859, it is the 96
graphic characters represented by bytes in the 0xA0--0xFF range.

"Graphics right" probably refers to the practice of displaying
ISO-8859 character sets in two side-by-side 6x16 tables, with the
0x20--0x7F characters on the left and the 0xA0--0xFF on the right.

The technical definitions are in ISO 2022.
