tlug: Netscape-J 4.51

For those of you longing for something more reliable than the ever-flaky
muriyari-netscape 4.08, there's a Japanized version of 4.51 in Laser6
Linux, and available on the ftp site (ftp://ftp.laser5.co.jp), but you
might want to look for a mirror - the site is so slow the download never
brought up the second B channel on my ISDN router.

OK, so I don't know yet whether it's more stable than 4.08 or not, but
the File Bookmark feature isn't broken, although breaking it has been
kind of muriyari hallmark.  Don't know if this is non-muriyari or if
it's just finally right, but it's something to check out.
